SHIPPING-
We offer delivery services to the USA, Canada, and Mexico via US Postal Services or UPS Ground. We will send an email once your items ship, on the UPS shipments we will supply you with a Tracking Number and you may track your package at http://www.ups.com
**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED AND CHARGED SHIPPING CHARGES INDIVIDUALLY.

• We will need a physical address, no PO Boxes please, and a phone number to process any orders
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISDIRECTED PACKAGES DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES!
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS-
If we are unable to complete your order, we will ship what is available and contact you about the backordered items. If the backordered items will not be able to ship for over 30 days we will refund your money, otherwise, we will ship the backordered items as soon as they are available.
RETURN POLICY & DAMAGES-
We want you to be completely satisfied with your product. You will need to let us know within 10 days of the issue. Please contact our customer service immediately for a RA # (return authorization number), and please put it on any documentation that is being returned.

• The packages must be shipped by a traceable Parcel Center or insured US Mail, and in their original packaging to receive full refund
• If the RA # is not on the paperwork we will not be able to refund you for any of the product.
• COD’s will not be accepted
• Make sure to keep a record of all transactions until you receive your refunds
• Damaged items must be sent back in their original packaging, and we will be able to submit the claim to the carrier for inspection & get reimbursement
We do not refund for original shipping costs, items that don’t fit, or wrong colors. Some returned items will have a 20% restocking fee.
